The people behind it

A truss needs both sides.

Steve is the face you’ll see in the kitchen every day — making the bread, pulling the pizza, talking with you from the counter. But Truss stands because of everyone who shows up alongside him. That’s always been the point.

Baked fresh every morning. It goes into the sandwiches, onto the table, and sets the standard for everything else that comes out of this kitchen.

The Store
Ready-to-go meals, grocery staples, housemade pantry items. Milk, eggs, and dinner sorted.

The Food Truck
Sandwiches on housemade ciabatta, rice bowls, desserts. Lunch, done right.
Wed–Sun · 12–2pm · Seasonal
Pizza Night
14” housemade pizzas. Donair, Chorizo & Pineapple, BBQ Chicken, Veggie and more.
Fri–Sun · 4–8pm
Chef’s Table
A monthly four-course dinner. Same kitchen, different register entirely. Reservation only.
