What We Collect

When you use Tail Wag Reviews, we collect the following information:

• Your email address
• Your business name
• Your country

If you register using a social login (Google or Facebook), we receive your name and email address from that provider. We do not receive or store your social media password.

When you submit your Google Business Profile link to receive a Heartbeat Report, we use that link to retrieve publicly available information from Google — specifically your business reviews. We do not store your Google credentials.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver your Heartbeat Report
• Send you emails related to Tail Wag Reviews
• Manage your membership and billing
• Improve the service over time

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Tail Wag Reviews uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• MailerLite — email delivery.
• Google Places API — to retrieve publicly available business information.
• OpenAI — to generate your Heartbeat Report content.
• Make (Integromat) — to automate the report generation workflow.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have questions about how they handle data.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership or request deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
