Tail Wag Reviews is owned and operated by Paul Widdershoven, Pender Island, British Columbia, Canada. By using our website or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Tail Wag Reviews provides dog groomers with tools to recognise, respond to, and amplify their clients' reviews and feedback. This includes the Heartbeat Report, Review Multiplier, Review Quick Reply, Review Request, and Before & After Photo Maker.

The Heartbeat Report is free and available to any groomer. The full suite of tools is available to paying members.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

You must be the owner or authorised operator of the grooming business you register. One account per business.

3. Membership and Billing

Membership is billed monthly at the rate in effect at the time of your registration. If you registered during a promotional period, your rate is locked for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended.

4. Your Content

The reviews and business information you submit to Tail Wag Reviews are publicly available on Google. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit.

Tail Wag Reviews generates content based on your clients' reviews. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before publishing it. We recommend reading every reply and post before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tail Wag Reviews to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use the service in any way that could damage its reputation or integrity

6. Availability

We aim to keep Tail Wag Reviews available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We will notify you in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tail Wag Reviews is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, review volumes, or search ranking improvements. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
